Starting paying AVCs
If you wish to start paying AVCs, we suggest that you spend some time reviewing the different funds available to ensure that you choose the right option to best suit your circumstances. You can find information on the funds available in the DC section of the website by clicking here. After you have chosen your investment fund(s), simply download and complete the form below and return it to your Payroll Department.
Making changes to investments or to the contribution levels
If you wish to make changes to the funds in which past contributions and/or future contributions are invested, or if you wish to change the contribution amount, please download and complete the form below, and return it to your Payroll Department.
