If you have a general query about your pension, you may wish to take a look around this website first. It's packed full of useful information about your ABF pension and you may find the answer you are looking for which could save you time.
If you’re an active or deferred member of the Scheme, you can login to your secure online account to get an idea of how much your Pension Account is worth and to make or change a nomination for any death benefits which may be payable. If you’re a member of the Defined Benefit Scheme and we are paying you a pension, you can login to view your payslips and P60s.

Please note: We are unable to receive requests to opt in or out of the Scheme by email or post. You can tell us you want to opt in or out by logging into the secure member area or by calling us.

We recommend you call us if your query is urgent or you need help accessing your secure online account.
All calls are recorded for training and quality monitoring purposes, and to comply with record keeping requirements. For security, please ensure you have your member number and your national insurance number to hand.
