The contributions made by you and the Company (including any Additional Voluntary Contributions - AVCs) will be paid into your individual Pension Account within the Scheme, which is held by the Trustee on your behalf. This is then invested by a professional firm of investment managers which is independent of the Company and the Trustee.
You will receive a personal benefit statement annually. This shows all the contributions paid into your Pension Account during the year, the total value of your Pension Account, calculations that show the benefits you could access at Normal Retirement Date and the percentage of Lifetime Allowance (LTA) accrued under the Scheme.
